Refunds

Free lessons cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. This draft covers paid offers. TODO: confirm the final policy with a lawyer.

Bot Recipe Pack

Placeholder: you can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us. TODO: confirm the contact address and whether a download changes that window.

Done for you

Placeholder: if we have not started your build, you can ask for a full refund. If we have already started, we will talk about a partial refund based on the work done. Starting means we have begun the setup notes, not merely sent a receipt.

Pretty Little Club

Placeholder: cancel whenever you want and you will not be billed for future months or another year. Fees already charged for the current period are not automatically refunded. Leaving does not affect your free lessons.

How to ask
