Starter bot template

The flagship template will be a ready-made setup you can copy into your AI assistant app. Your first bot will already know how to take one task, ask one question at a time, and draft instructions for a helper bot.

A main-helper script with a clear job and short replies.
A helper-writer prompt so one bot can spin up the next.
A daily check-in that restarts cleanly, with no streak to protect.

We're putting the finishing touches on it. Until then, the free lessons already include paste-ready prompts.
